Adapting an audiovisual production into another language is restricted
by limitations of length and rhythm. When a translation is made for
audiovisual use, the adaptation need must be defined at the start.

This service consists of transcribing the soundtrack of an audiovisual
support (VHS cassette, DVD, MP3 file, etc.) word for word.

In this case, the transcription is followed by an exhaustive translation
into another language, but without adapting the translated text to
the image band.

We handle the complete preparation of the content to be translated
in order to deliver a “ready to record” text. This service
is comprised of:
•
transcription of the soundtrack accompanied by the matching digital
codes, if applicable;
•
translation of the soundtrack and subtitles, if any; adaptation of
the translation while conforming to
the limitations of the image band;
•
verification of the length of the translation in comparison with the
images;
•
proofreading and correction of the translation;
•
final verification in comparison to the images.

We also offer a voiceover recording service. For voice samples, please
contact us.
